Fall Essentials

Fall Essentials

Everyone’s favorite season is here… Fall! This means sweater weather, cozy clothes, fun treats, pumpkin spice, etc. There are certain things you need to survive fall, and if you don’t know what those things are this article is here to help you. I will cover your needs from fashion to self care, and other knick knacks.

As fall rolls in, our summer clothes roll out. Fall fashion consists of lots of warm clothes including jeans, boots, etc. In our case a hoodie or crew neck does the job.

“I would say my essentials for fall are nice crewnecks, basic thermals, a good flannel and jean jacket,” said Junior Gabe Munoz. According to Vogue, it is essential to have a good pair of dark wash jeans for fall, turtle necks also! Knit sweaters, turtle necks, and even pants are in.

When I think of fall I obviously think of Pumpkin spice, and everything sweet. One of my favorite fall drinks is a Pumpkin Spice Latte, which is a classic. Also, any iced coffee with pumpkin spice cold foam. Going along with the pumpkin theme, I recommend trying the pumpkin ice cream from Trader Joe’s. If you love this flavor as much as I do, Trader Joe’s has many options for you. These items aren’t the only fall essentials. When asking English teacher Mr. Koroshec what his fall essential was, he replied with, “Pomegranates, my tree is bursting with them. I look forward to them every year.” This was definitely a surprise to me, but we all have different preferences.

Room Decor

One of my favorite things about fall is the new Bath and Body Works candle scents that come out around this time. They count as room decor and it makes your room or area smell super good. I have heard really good things about the scents “Leaves” and “Pumpkin Marshmallow Latte”.

I hope you enjoyed my suggestions, and even try them out. Have a great fall Royals, and make sure to keep up with the upcoming Halloween articles.
