Look to Lance: Halloween Edition
Dear Lance,
How do I tell my friends that I am the Imposter?
Sincerely,
Pegasus with an M instead of P
Dear pegasus with an M instead of P,
Sometimes telling your friends secrets like these can be hard, but you just have to trust them and that they will be accepting of you. If they are a real friend they won’t mind. As for how to tell them, if you are too nervous to tell them face to face, I would suggest a letter. Get a nice card from your local convenience store and express all of your feelings through written words. A formal email is a good option as well. Good luck!
Sincerely,
Lance
Dear Lance,
Me and my friend both have a crush on the same person and they also like us both back. We don’t want this person to get in the way of our friendship but we both have strong feelings towards them. What do you recommend we do to solve this situation?
Sincerely,
Torn in Two ways
Dear torn in two ways,
Firstly, yikes! That is one sticky situation but I can hopefully give you some advice to help you find a safe way out. I am assuming that you would like me to tell you to go ahead and date the person you like without regard to your friend, but I have different advice. Forget the love interest. If they like both of you equally but end up dating you, even during the relationship you will feel insecure that they still might like your friend. You also could damage your friendship and friendships should be forever! They also aren’t good enough for you or your friend if they are indecisive and like both two people at once. Worst comes to worse and you both are having a hard time getting over them, Give them an onion, they are proven to deter feelings.
Sincerely,
Lance
