As the season of pumpkin spice comes to an end, the season of sugar cookie lattes fades in. Starbuck’s new holiday 2025 menu has finally arrived! If you are intrigued by the spicy gingerbread chai’s to the minty peppermint mochas, this holiday menu is sure to have an item for everyone this holiday season!
However, some may have conflicting opinions about these festive additions and transitioning menus.
San Marcos Junior Joey Zhou stated, “The employees have more drinks to make on top of the ones that are already there and then also most of the time they taste terrible. They’re so overpriced for something you could make at home.”
However, some have found the drinks to be delicious and a perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.
San Marcos Junior Reilly Spieker stated, “I love when Starbucks releases their holiday menu because it always reminds me that Christmas is close!! My favorite holiday drink and treat duo is the sugar cookie latte with a snowman cookie.”

- Peppermint Mocha — A sweet, minty and chocolatey testament to the holiday season. Made with Starbuck’s own signature espresso as well as steamed milk, chocolate sauce and peppermint syrup. Finished with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings. This drink can be ordered hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Caramel Brulée Latte — A burst of caramel delight in each sip! This delightfully rich drink is made with Starbuck’s signature espresso, steamed milk, as well as caramel brûlée sauce. This drink is then finished with whipped cream and a caramel brûlée topping. This drink is available hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Iced Sugar Cookie Latte — That nostalgic, sweet, and comforting taste. Made with Starbuck’s own blond light roast blend espresso, 2% milk, and sugar cookie syrup and topped with festive sprinkles. This drink is available hot, iced, or as a Frappuccino.
- Iced Gingerbread Chai — Sugar and Spice and everything nice! This holiday classic is made with 2% milk, ice, and Starbuck’s own combination of warming chai spices. This drink is then finished with its own signature gingerbread cold foam as well as a spiced topping.

- Toasted White Chocolate Mocha — A warm and toasty delight! The new Toasted White Chocolate Mocha is made with espresso, steamed milk, toasted white chocolate syrup, and is topped with whipped cream, and candied cranberry sugar.
- Chestnut Praline Chai Latte — A festive twist on a spicy classic! The new Chestnut Praline is made with black tea, warm spices, milk, and chestnut praline syrup. It is then topped with spiced praline crisps.

- Cranberry Bliss Bar — A deliciously crafted blondie with a tart interior and exterior made up of cranberries and orange zest and is finished with a layer of sweet cream cheese stripes.
- Sugar Plum Danish — A light, buttery, and flaky exterior paired with an airy and sweet cream cheese filling and is topped with a spiced sugar plum jam. This treat has a hit of fruity freshness and is a perfect festive dessert.
- Snowman Cookie — This perfectly buttery sugar cookie topped with a white chocolate icing is a yearly favorite with alternating designs.
